Using Content Reports, users can search for content that is waiting to expire and that is up for review. The search criteria are entered using a calendar that can be set to search down to the minute.
In relation to indexing and contexual search facilities, this is an optional feature where authors can search for content within the Contentent Management System. In practice, the reason it is optional was that from our usage statistics we saw that it was under used.
