Web content management made easy!

For End Users

Are you a non-techie regular Joe? You know your way around a keyboard, but don’t know one end of a web content management system from the other? You want to be able to update, add or edit content on your website, and no more? If so, our End User Training has been designed for you!

Thousands of non-technical ‘folk’ have been trained to use TERMINALFOUR Site Manager. Our training team are hugely experienced in bringing the ‘techie stuff’ down to earth for end-users like you. Yes, we’re on the ball and we’re going to ensure you have covered all of the bases you need. But we balance theory and practice, with lots of time for showing and doing and one-to-one attention. Our trainers are open and approachable... and speak in plain English (or whatever language you require)! No question is too silly.

We make it our business to ensure that you walk out the door at the end of the day with the knowledge, the practice and the confidence you need to look after the web content you are responsible for.

Our software is so easy to use that end user training can be delivered in a half-day session. One-day sessions are also offered for those that want additional training in areas such as 'writing for the web'. All training workshops can be customised to ensure they are relevant to the job role of the user.
