TERMINALFOUR and our partners' success is totally dependent on our end-user success. It is in our interest to ensure that you and your colleagues are confident and competent users of TERMINALFOUR Site Manager, incorporating it into your daily work practices to deliver an informative and positive experience to your website visitors. This training can be delivered in a classroom format or in a more personal desk-side tuition format. Our training addresses the needs of non-technical content authors, approvers and publishers. It also includes any others who may be involved in workflow, sometimes these may even be individuals with very basic levels of keyboard skills. Sometimes, clients prefer to let their administrators train users, but we normally recommend that our own trainers play a role, as we are very experienced in managing the all-important user knowledge transfer.
