TERMINALFOUR kicks-off U.S. launch with wins in Higher Education and Public Sector

TERMINALFOUR Wins Enterprise Web Content Management Deals with University of Virginia School of Nursing. University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and the United Nations Development Program TERMINALFOUR to Open U.S. Headquarters in Boston

TERMINALFOUR, Europe's fastest growing web content management (WCM) company, today announced it has secured contracts worth $200,000 to deploy enterprise web content management solutions for U.S. customers.  TERMINALFOUR entered the U.S. in late 2008 and already has won competitive global tenders to provide solutions for the University of Virginia's School of Nursing, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and the Human Development Report of the United Nations Development Program.  To capitalize on the growing demand in the U.S., TERMINALFOUR is to open its U.S. headquarters in Boston, MA.

The deals were announced following a breakfast in New York City hosted by Enterprise Ireland, the Government Agency responsible for driving leadership and growth for innovative Irish companies in international markets.  The event was one of several associated with a trade mission to the U.S. led by Ireland's Prime Minister, Brian Cowen.

TERMINALFOUR has been providing web content management (WCM) to customers in the UK and Ireland since 2002.  Its Site Manager product has been used by customers in the public sector, multi-national and education sectors to facilitate the efficient communication of information through websites, personalized portals, intranets, extranets and emerging media.

In Ireland, TERMINALFOUR is the number one provider of WCM solutions to the public sector.  The company also ranks number one in the higher education market in Ireland and the UK, with forty-five universities currently using Site Manager, including Oxford and St Andrews.  By entering the U.S. market, TERMINALFOUR will initially target the highly lucrative WCM market in higher education, which is expected to remain buoyant even in the current climate.

David Miller, COO of TERMINALFOUR, said, "TERMINALFOUR has spent the last year cultivating strategic partnerships, developing a channel and enhancing our software capabilities to maximize the impact of our U.S. launch.  Our recent customer deployments and new business wins in the U.S. and Canada demonstrates that our technology can successfully cross the Atlantic.  While the U.S. content management market is competitive and challenging, the early demand for our Site Manager product suggests we're set to make a big impact."
