We make a strong commitment to supporting all our partners, so we do not enter partnerships lightly. We carefully match up our partner needs with companies that we believe will be most successful. Once we have agreed that potential partners fulfill our partnership requirements and we engage, we then work closely with them to ensure that the maximum benefits can be achieved from the relationship.
As a guide, our key criteria for reviewing potential partnerships are:
- Company ethos - We wish to partner with companies who share our commitment to customer focused innovative solutions that provide tangible benefits and return on investment.
- Company size - Partners should have resources to support the relationship with TERMINALFOUR - from a technical, support and sales perspective.
- Markets & territory - Reseller partners should be able to offer an entry vehicle to vertical, horizontal or geographical markets where TERMINALFOUR does not have a significant direct presence.
- Innovative technology or services - Partners who wish to provide additional technology or services to TERMINALFOUR need to illustrate how their technology or services will add real and tangible value to our offering.
- Relationship fit - We like to work with organisations of a similar work ethic to ensure that the relationship works. Ultimately, the success of a partnership is more about the relationship between people than technology.
- Existing client base - Evidence of customer acquisition success.
- Benefits for both parties - The most important criteria is that the partnership must benefit both parties, whether through cost savings, competitiveness advantage or increased revenue.
