Quick & Easy Meta Information Maintenance

Site Manager delivers best practice metadata standards, making it easy to index and find your site in all the major search engines. 

• Whole sites or sections of sites can be tagged by Site Manager Administrators at a directory level.
• Individual content items can be tagged by end-users.
• Templates can be tagged, using keywords presented from a pre-defined drop down dictionary list or taxonomies.
• Using third party software from our partner, APR Smartlogic, it is possible to automatically tag entire sites or sections of sites where no tagging exists. It is even possible to set specific meta-data fields as "compulsory", so that the system refuses to accept content submission until the meta-data has been supplied or selected from the pre-determined list.
• Standards supported include Dublin Core, e-GMS, IPSV/GCL & IPSMS.
