Customer Care Programme

Our customer support covers general help desk functions, remote access support, requests for software upgrades etc.

In all cases, a minimum of two members of staff are trained on the day-to-day set up of your system should a problem occur. Most clients avail of our basic annual remote access support contract which covers:

  • Email & Telephone support
  • Troubleshooting Patches and fixes
  • Remote access diagnostics
  • Guaranteed response times

With Site Manager, the "Remote Access Support Agreement" entitles you to this level of support plus free upgrades to the software.
