Project Assistant
The Role
This role is based within our Professional Services department, reporting to TERMINALFOUR's Projects Manager. The role will particularly focus on three core areas:
- Assisting TERMINALFOUR's Senior Projects Manager
- Planning and management of client projects
- Acting as client communication contact point to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved and maintained
- Building and maintaining existing client relationships including developing new business with existing clients
The role involves the management of existing client projects and will offer the ideal candidate excellent opportunities within a Project Management career path. As TERMINALFOUR have an international client base some travel will be necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent client communication skills
- Communicate clearly and concisely both by telephone and in writing
- Will be personally well organised, presentable, and manage ones' own time effectively
- Have an ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A knowledge of and interest in web related technologies
- Have some experience in specifying projects and working with others to develop those specifications
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary role
- Knowledge of project management and specification techniques and tools would be very advantageous.
