The Role

Identifying and acquiring the best talent is key to our business success. We need the best people to build our products, customise them to client needs and ensure those clients are supported as they deploy and utilise our range of software and services. Our Recruitment Administrator plays a key role ensuring we hire the best.

The purpose of the role is to oversee and drive the recruitment function during a period of rapid expansion for TERMINALFOUR .Working from our Head Office in Dublin we are looking for a motivated, upbeat, personable Recruiter. Responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process you will support a broad range of functional teams with a focus on technical recruitment but also to include sales and customer support.

Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer you will have responsibility for the co-ordination of the recruitment and selection process for TERMINALFOUR from posting the positions on various websites, sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, screening and interviewing candidates on through to offer management.

Responsibilities will include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

  • the design and placement of job adverts
  • liaison with recruitment agencies and other advertising media
  • acknowledgement and progression of candidates via the recruitment management system
  • monitoring and control of cvs internally
  • cv spreadsheet maintenance
  • screening candidates
  • organising interviews
  • conducting interviews
  • delivery of offers
  • reference checking
  • administration of employment contracts and related documentation in accordance with current employment law
    conducting exit interviews

Requirements

  • Candidates must have at least 2 years relevant experience ? either in-house or agency based
  • Experience of recruitment and selection to include interviewing and knowledge of  Competency Based Interviewing
  • Ability to work on a range of different roles
  • Excellend writing and communication skills with an ability to write effective job descriptions
  • Knowledge of the IT sector is desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Educated to degree level
  • Very computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office, email and Internet skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work under pressure
