Partner & Alliance Manager
The Role
The rapid growth of TERMINALFOUR, both nationally and internationally, has driven a requirement for a Partner & Alliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing and growing our small but growing international reseller network in order to drive overall indirect sales revenue. This role is a key sales & marketing role that execute a key corner stone of our business strategy.
The successful candidate will have P&L responsibility for indirect sales revenue initially focusing on specific territories identified within our business plan. The aim of the role is to identify, recruit, enable and support partners of various types (technical alliances, integrators/implementers, web development houses and resellers / distributors). International travel will be required.
Excellent relationship management, sales, marketing, writing and communication skills will form a key part of the role, which is vital to the continued growth of TERMINALFOUR. Overtime, based on the success of this role, the successful candidate will manage a small team to assist partners with marketing, sales & technical activates.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Proposal / Tender Administration
- Reviewing & further developing TERMINALFOUR's existing, small but growing, partner network.
- Identify, recruit and develop "go-to-market" plans with new quality partners.
- Enabling and supporting partners on a day to day basis in order for them to best represent TERMINALFOUR?s solutions to their existing and prospective clients.
- Manage the transfer of sales and technical knowledge between TERMINALFOUR and our partners.
- Assist partners with proposals, presentations and tenders.
- Maintaining a strong relationship between TERMINALFOUR and our partners.
- Reviewing and monitoring partner performance and sales pipelines.
- Reviewing, monitoring and improving the way in which other teams within TERMINALFOUR work with partners during project implementation and post-live support phases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role for a small to medium sized software or internet company.
- Highly organised and efficient, with a proven ability to both think strategically and execute plans.
- Sales experience & focus essential, as this role is target driven.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to form strong relationship with partners.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Very computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office, email and Internet skills.
- Proven ability to act on own initiative.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt plans according to changing market conditions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work under pressure.
