Inside Sales Executive

The Role

The rapid growth of TERMINALFOUR, both nationally and internationally, has driven a requirement for an Inside Sales Executive based in Ireland. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and opportunities through telephone, email and on-line sales lead generation techniques.  The role will involve making contact and generating sales leads within a wide variety of industries worldwide.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

Planning, Reporting & Identifying Potential Target Markets:

  • Contributing to TERMINALFOUR’s Sales & Marketing strategy.
  • Identify potential target markets for TERMINALFOUR.
  • Build and update potential target contact lists and coordinated all leads with appropriate team members and/or third parties.
  • Create and update reports on progress against targets.
  • Maintaining regular communication with External/Field Sales, Account Manager(s) and Country Manager(s).
  • Managing pipeline and forecast accordingly.

Inside Sales

  • To plan effective sales campaigns and target new and existing accounts.
  • Contact potential clients by telephone, email and on-line social networking tools to identify opportunities.
  • Arrange and participate in telephone conference calls and demos with potential clients and partners.
  • Maintaining regular contact with key influencers and building and strengthening the relationship with potential clients.
  • Inbound and outbound calling/e-mailing to and from potential customers.
  • Maintain all data within TERMINALFOUR’s CRM system.

Marketing

  • Contributing into the marketing process to identify any new marketing materials that would assist in the sale of TERMINALFOUR solutions.
  • Assist with TERMINALFOUR Sales & Marketing events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in an inside sales/ lead generation role.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record in successful lead generation and/or inside sales.
  • Excellent writing skills and proof reading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to act on own initiative.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office, email and Internet skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • Ability to implement & improve processes and systems.
  • Excellent time management skills.
